On this page, you will find the contact details of services where you can access support. We have listed both regional and national support services.

If you need help or support, please get in touch with any of the service providers below. They are equipped to provide free, anonymous, and non-judgemental support or advice.

If you suspect you might have been abused but are unsure, that's okay. These services can help you understand what has happened to you, or a situation you are currently in.
