Male Survivors of Sexual Abuse Trust (MSSAT)
MSSAT Christchurch provides support to men recovering from the consequences of sexual abuse. They provide
- One on One support.
- Support to help men decide on how they wish to move forward.
- Referral to ACC counsellors and other appropriate agencies.
- Support with court hearings and dealing with ACC.

New Zealand Prostitutes Collective (NZPC)
NZPC provides is a national organisation that provides support, counselling and advocacy to workers in the sex industry. The Christchurch office has a free sexual health check-up service for sex workers, as well as condoms and lube on site. They operate as a drop-in centre for anyone needing support, advice or a safe space, and their services are available to people of all genders. PUMP (Pride and Unity for Male Prostitutes) is the male sex worker project for NZPC and provides support specific to men in the industry.

Sexual Assault Support Service Canterbury (SASSC)
This is Canterbury’s Sexual Violence Crisis Service. It runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Referrals are made to START for ongoing support needs. They also provide victims/survivors with support in reporting to the police and the ensuing process.

Te Puna Oranga
The Puna Oranga (TPO) is a kaupapa Māori service committed to tautoko whānau oranga through the process of holistic healing incorporating: Te Tahu Wairua, Te Taha Hinengaro, Te Taha Whānau, Te Taha Tinana. They provide counselling, whanau advocacy (social work), and abuse education, plus providing any other support whānau/hapu/iwi need. TPO is committed to stopping the cycle of abuse.
