Southland Help
Southland Help is a rape and abuse support centre. They provide long-term counselling and crisis response to survivors of sexual assault and abuse, as well as social work support to whanau. They provide peer-group support in a women's stream and a youth stream, and also run a self-defense class, Wahine Toa.

Te Whare Hou
Te Whare Hou is the Invercargill Women's Refuge. It provides support and counselling to women in unsafe family situations, as crisis response and long-term support.
